Account Executive – Major Accounts Department

To manage existing corporate insurance accounts, coordinate policy renewals with insurers/reinsurers, and ensure that clients receive accurate and timely coverage. The role also involves identifying business opportunities within current accounts and providing professional risk and insurance advisory services to support business growth.

Job Scope :

  • Manage renewal schedules, prepare documentation, coordinate with insurers/reinsurers, and ensure timely policy renewals.
  • Analyze clients’ risk exposures and provide recommendations on insurance program design and risk management.
  • Deliver technical advice and prepare detailed insurance coverage presentations for clients.
  • Conduct meetings with clients, insurers, and reinsurers to maintain strong working relationships.
  • Identify and pursue cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing clients.
  • Prepare premium calculations, quotations, and draft policy documents.
  • Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and audit requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and external partners to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications Required :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of policy renewal processes and insurance product structures.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
  • Team player with a strong service mindset.
