Operations Officer – Corporate Risk Services Department

Job Scope :

Job Summary:

Lockton Wattana is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Officer – Corporate Risk Services to support insurance operations within our Corporate Risk Services team. This role involves marine certificate issuance, invoicing and billing across multiple lines of business, as well as maintaining operational systems and reports.

The successful candidate will contribute to ensuring smooth operational processes, accurate documentation, and efficient service support for internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Issue marine certificates and prepare related documentation.

Process invoicing and billing across all lines of business with accuracy and timeliness.

Maintain and update internal systems and operational records.

Coordinate with internal teams to support operational workflows and documentation requirements.

Ensure compliance with internal procedures and service standards.

Provide operational support to the Corporate Risk Services team.

Qualifications Required :

Experience in insurance or insurance brokerage operations is preferred; marine documentation experience is an advantage.

Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume documentation and billing tasks.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work with internal systems.

Good coordination and communication skills with the ability to follow procedures and deadlines.

Fair command of English is an advantage.
