Account Executive – Major Accounts Department

To provide comprehensive support and service to major corporate clients by managing complex insurance programs, advising on risk management, and ensuring a smooth renewal and servicing process. This role plays a vital part in delivering high standards of professionalism, strengthening long-term relationships, and supporting the growth of the Major Accounts portfolio in alignment with Lockton’s values of client focus, empowerment, care, and collaboration.

Job Scope :

  • Manage insurance renewals for assigned major accounts, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance with client requirements.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and support expansion through value-added services and cross-functional coordination.
  • Analyze clients’ risk exposures and provide recommendations for appropriate insurance solutions and program structures.
  • Coordinate daily insurance operations, including policy servicing, premium tracking, claims assistance, and communication with both clients and insurers.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and client agreements.
  • Develop strong working relationships with clients, insurers, and internal teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service and support client retention.

Qualifications Required :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in corporate non-life insurance or commercial risk insurance.
  • Familiarity with insurance programs for energy, construction, infrastructure, or other large-scale corporate risks is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in both Thai and English, able to communicate effectively in a business environment.
  • Good command of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Holder of a non-life insurance broker license is an advantage.
