Assistant Division Manager – Affinity & SMEs Department

To support senior managers and managers in developing and expanding SME and Affinity insurance business by preparing business proposals, analyzing models, coordinating with insurance partners, and assisting in presentations to potential clients to enhance business growth and profitability.

Job Scope :

  • Assist senior managers in developing new SME business opportunities, including cross-selling, up-selling, and win-back initiatives.
  • Prepare presentation slides, business models, and operation workflows for client proposals.
  • Support managers in giving presentations in English and/or Thai, including translating Thai to English when necessary.
  • Visit and meet customers, insurance partners to strengthen business relationships.
  • Negotiate insurance coverage, terms, and pricing with insurance companies.
  • Handle additional assignments as required beyond core responsibilities.

Qualifications Required :

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Insurance, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in SME or Affinity business development.
  • Strong understanding of corporate client businesses and collaboration with insurance companies.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills, able to work effectively with corporate clients and business partners.
  • Proficient in English (both spoken and written) for communication with corporate clients and insurers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong strategic thinking and market analysis skills, with the ability to design tailored solutions for target customer segments.
  • Proactive, agile, and able to travel to meet clients and partners.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
