Senior Division Manager – Information Technology

Job Scope :

Participate in Software Development Life Cycle and IT Service Management which is responsible for designing, coding. testing, modifying, and implementing new or existing software products. Duties will include liaising with the development managers, writing clean, scalable code, creating testing protocols, fixing bugs, and deploying programs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Solution Design

Collaborate with development teams to design technical solutions that align with business needs and technical architecture
Ensure systems are scalable, maintainable, and secure
Produce detailed documentation including use cases, process flows, and data models

2. Requirement Gathering and Analysis

Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical specifications
Support functional requirement definition and system design

3. Project Management Support

Assist in planning and executing IT projects to meet timelines and objectives
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage risks and dependencies

4. Stakeholder Communication

Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
Facilitate meetings and presentations to ensure clarity of project goals, timelines, and status updates

5. Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities for process enhancement and automation
Keep up with emerging technologies and propose applicable innovations
Recommend improvements to existing systems and workflows

Qualifications Required :

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

Experience

Minimum 7 years of experience in software development, programming, or software engineering

Proficient in full-stack development (Front-end & Back-end) using technologies such as Java, C#.Net, VB.Net, ASP.Net, .NET Core, JavaScript, PHP, HTML5, CSS3

Experience with modern frameworks (e.g., Angular, ReactJS, VueJS, NodeJS) is a plus

Familiar with databases such as SQL/Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MS SQL Server, and T-SQL

Advantageous to have knowledge in DevOps/DevSecOps, Microsoft Office 365, Azure, and DevExpress

Experience with BI tools, Crystal Reports, or other reporting tools is preferred
